Most Kerala tour packages online are fixed departures: a set route, a set hotel list, a set group of strangers you're joined with. We don't run those. Every trip starts as a conversation, either on WhatsApp or a short call, about your dates, who's travelling, what pace you like, and what you actually want to see. From that, we draft a full day-by-day itinerary, usually within one business day.
You can then adjust anything: swap a hotel category, add or drop a destination, extend a stay you're enjoying, shorten one you're not. Nothing is locked until you approve it, and even after you're travelling, our local team stays reachable to adjust the plan in real time if your flight's delayed or you'd simply rather stay another night somewhere.

We send a draft day-by-day itinerary within one business day of hearing your dates, group size, and general interests. From there, revisions typically take a few hours to a day, depending on how much you'd like changed.
Is a customized package more expensive than a fixed tour package?
Not necessarily. You're paying for the same hotels, vehicles, and guides either way; the difference is that the route, pace, and hotel category are chosen for your group specifically rather than averaged across a bus tour. Private transport does cost more than a shared coach, which is the main line-item difference.
Can I combine multiple regions in a customized trip?
Yes, this is the default rather than the exception. Most itineraries we build combine two or three of backwaters, hills, wellness, and coast, sized to however many days you have.
